Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience UI/UX
- Proficient utilization of UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, PS, AI, AE, Principle, Flinto, etc.
- Distinguished design portfolio showcasing product and design thinking expertise.
- A meticulous focus on details and an unwavering pursuit of pixel-perfect design.
- A penchant for exploring cutting-edge design concepts and a strong self-driven approach.
- Independently adept at crafting wireframes and prototypes, seamlessly collaborating with Product and Engineering teams for innovative features and designs.
- Familiarity with banking, financial services, or fintech domains, adding industry-specific depth.
- Seasoned in senior roles with a notable skill in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Profound UX/CSS expertise, enabling the creation of end-to-end high-end designs.
- Extensive track record of enhancing Fintech, Banking, and financial services apps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English that enables you to work in a multi-national team.
- Travel-readiness (Passport with validity of more than 6 months).
